Connect to Your AI

Kyle connects to any AI that supports MCP. Once connected, your AI can read, create, and update notes directly in Kyle.

1

Sign in to Kyle

Get Kyle on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac and sign in with Apple — on first launch, or from Settings → Connect to AI. That sign-in is what lets your AI find your notes. How sign-in works.

On a Mac? Open Kyle there: Connect to AI has every client's steps, a copy button, and one-click install for Cursor and VS Code. Using Cursor, Windsurf, or another client? See below.

No key to copy — Claude signs in with your Apple ID. Works in Safari on iPhone too. Free Claude plans allow one custom connector.

Claude Code opens your browser to sign in the first time.

Clients without OAuth

Cursor, Windsurf, VS Code, and other clients use a private URL with your key built in. Kyle shows it only after you've signed in.

1.Open Kyle on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac
2.Go to Settings → Connect to AI (sign in with Apple first if asked) and pick your client
3.Copy your private MCP URL — or on a Mac, click Add to Cursor / Add to VS Code
4.Paste it into your client's MCP server settings. Kyle shows “Connected” as soon as the client connects.

Cursor

Open Cursor → Settings → MCP → Add a new MCP server → paste your URL.

VS Code

Command Palette → MCP: Add Server → HTTP → paste your URL.

Windsurf

Open Windsurf → Settings → MCP → Add a new MCP server → paste your URL.

Other MCP Clients

Any app that supports MCP can connect to Kyle. Add your personal MCP URL as a remote MCP server (Streamable HTTP transport).
