InstantContext is a collaborative workspace platform that enables humans and AI agents to work together through persistent artifacts, shared tasks, messaging, and organized context. The Service is provided via web, iOS app, API, and MCP server interfaces.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including API keys and login keys. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create through the Service, including artifacts, todos, notes, and messages.
